Veteran Training Program
From Service to Success
At ASI Vet Corp, we believe America’s veterans already possess the discipline, leadership, commitment, and work ethic needed to succeed in today’s technology workforce. Our mission is to provide the technical skills, real-world experience, mentoring, and career opportunities that transform military service into long-term professional success.
Our comprehensive training program is designed to take veterans with little or no automation experience and prepare them to become highly skilled Automation and AI professionals. Every participant follows a structured pathway that combines classroom instruction, hands-on labs, industry certifications, real customer projects, and a paid internship that prepares them for long-term careers.
Phase 1: Technical Foundations
Our training begins with three progressive learning levels:
Level 1 – Beginner
Participants learn the fundamentals of automation, digital workers, AI concepts, business processes, and enterprise technologies while building a solid technical foundation.
Level 2 – Intermediate
Students expand their knowledge through more advanced automation development, workflow design, integrations, testing methodologies, and best practices.
Level 3 – Advanced
The final technical level focuses on enterprise automation architecture, Agentic AI, Automation Anywhere technologies, governance, security, troubleshooting, and production-ready development.
Each level includes:
- One week of instructor-led classroom training
- One week of intensive hands-on laboratory work
- Real-world project assignments related to the course material
- Practical evaluations that demonstrate competency
Participants must successfully complete each level before advancing to the next, ensuring every graduate has mastered the required skills.
Phase 2: Professional Certification
After completing the technical curriculum, participants prepare for industry-recognized certifications that validate their knowledge and demonstrate their readiness to employers and customers.
Certification preparation includes:
- Instructor mentoring
- Practice examinations
- Technical coaching
- Certification readiness assessments
Phase 3: Customer Readiness
Technical expertise alone isn’t enough to succeed in today’s workplace. Our Customer Readiness Program prepares veterans to confidently work with enterprise organizations.
Over a three to four week period, participants develop:
- Professional communication skills
- Consulting and customer engagement techniques
- Business professionalism
- Team collaboration
- Presentation skills
- Corporate workplace expectations
- Project delivery methodologies
Phase 4: Automation Managed Services Experience
Graduates then spend one week training on ASI Vet Corp’s Automation Managed Services platform, learning the operational processes used to support enterprise customers.
This final preparation includes:
- Production support procedures
- Digital Worker monitoring
- Incident response
- Change management
- Service delivery standards
- Team collaboration tools
Phase 5: 24-Week Internship
Every graduate enters our 24-week internship program, where classroom learning becomes real-world experience.
Interns work alongside experienced automation professionals supporting live customer environments while receiving ongoing mentoring and coaching.
During the internship, participants gain experience in:
- Developing Digital Workers
- Supporting enterprise automation solutions
- Agentic AI implementations
- Automation Anywhere technologies
- Customer support
- Project delivery
- Team collaboration
- Corporate operations
Throughout the internship, senior team members guide participants, helping them build confidence while developing the professional skills needed for long-term success.
Career Placement
Graduation is only the beginning.
Veterans who successfully complete the program may have the opportunity to join ASI Vet Corp’s Automation Managed Services team, supporting enterprise customers across multiple industries.
When internal opportunities are not immediately available, ASI Vet Corp works with our network of corporate partners, donors, and employer organizations to help graduates transition into full-time technology careers.
